Protect Your Investment! A well maintained landscape irrigation system is a water efficient irrigation system. The majority of irrigation problems are maintenance related. It should be thoroughly inspected and properly winterized to ensure that your system operates at peak efficiency. Your sprinkler system runs at times that you are most likely not able to observe it operate.
We currently offer our clients a yearly maintenance program that includes one or all of the following:
- Spring Startup
Our spring service includes setting your controller for the season. If applicable re-connection of backflow devise, adjusting your sprinkler heads (if necessary), making sure rain sensor is working, clearing any clogged nozzles, identifying any damaged or malfunctioning components and replacing the controller battery if necessary.
- Summer Check Up
Our summer service includes setting your controller for the season. Adjusting your sprinkler heads (if necessary), making sure rain sensor is working, clearing any clogged nozzles, identifying any damaged or malfunctioning components and replacing the controller battery if necessary.
- Winterization
Turning off the valve to the irrigation system. If applicable disconnect the backflow device, unplug any pump or disconnect any fertilizer injectors. Drain down any hose bibs that may be connected to the system. Use an air compressor when required in order to maintain the integrity of the system and to prevent freeze damage.
